Getting crafty
Given the low level of my crafty abilities, the thought of making our wedding invitations is a bit intimidating. Luckily, I remembered back to a Guide training many years ago, adapted the idea, and came up with these three options. Rob and I aren't sure which to choose as the final design. We consulted with the girls in the House, but they had mixed views too, so we're opening the decision up to you - after all, Wendy wants the excitement of wedding planning, and I'm NOT good at decisions, so why not use the skills of our readership?! Let us know via the comments which style you prefer:
A) Hessian
B) Gauze

why not try elastoplast?
I'd go for tapestry too, although the correct term is 'evenweave'. Look on the internet ... it's far cheaper there.
Or you could try the hobbycraft website, for inspiration on a crafty type nature. They have a whole section on wedding stationary (along with other weddingy type stuff).
Tapestry stuff too
Oh dear, it seems that the computer did post the comment instead of just freezing as I thought it had.
Powers that be fancy deleting a couple of them?
Nice idea, you could use something like japanese origami paper instead of the fabric (it sometimes comes with little bits of gold on it), or some handmade paper. (sorry thats not what the task was).
Hessian. Too inventive for me!
Clr cannot decide. But not gauze. Blame the hormones.
This sounds too much like you two shirking responsibility. Make up your own minds!
tin foil?
Just checking out blogs, and thought I would stop and read yours since we have some of the same interests and ideas. Some ideas are a little much and some are right on. I am glad I stopped by just to say hi I hope you don't mind. Some people consider it spam I DON'T but if they don't want people to post why do they leave it open for the world to see. I have some great wedding information and articles available for free around 2000 savings ideas so stop on in if you want... Thank you.wedding songs for dad
